safe and reliable use. The hopper, valve, enema tube and machine outer are made of high quality stainless steel which meet food
hygiene requirements.
Sausage smoking machine is consisted of a smoke stove, control cabinet,generator, and trolley. The key components are a complete
circulation system consisting of pipes, heat exchangers and outlet passages.The mixture of smoke and hot air in the tank forms a
vortex area under the action of two sets of circulating fans, so that the mixed gas is balanced and evenly distributed at an
appropriate speed,thus can make suspended meat mature and sterilized.
